LE HAVRE TREATMENT AND RECYCLING CENTRE
Via its CTV department, SEREP treats your waste liquid effluents and revaluate the hydrocarbons recovered.
Ideally situated in the heart of the port area, the CTV is strategically placed for receiving your waste via road, sea or inland waterway.
The different treatment processes present on the site, developed in the main by the ITE Department and backed by a service-orientated team, provide guaranteed quality in the handling of the residue concerned.
On the complex, our teams of thirty staff work together to provide you with non-stop service from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday. The extended opening times and the availability of our teams will ensure your expectations are met, in strict compliance with environmental regulations and under optimal safety conditions.
DO YOU WANT TO ENTRUST US WITH YOUR WASTE LIQUID EFFLUENT?
After receiving a one-litre representative sample of your waste at our Acceptance Laboratory together with its Fiche d’Identification de Déchet (FID), or waste identification sheet, duly filled in by yourself, we will be able to issue you, following verification of feasibility with regard to administration and treatment, with the Certificat d'Acceptation Préalable (C.A.P.), or preliminary acceptance certificate, together with a sales proposal.
After accepting our sales proposal, you are invited to make an appointment with our Planning Department.
For this, you will have to send a Bordereau de Suivi de Déchet (BSD), or waste tracking note, with your waste and a Déclaration Fiscale d’Accompagnement (DFA),or Supporting Tax Declaration, allowing us to appreciate the tax status of the hydrocarbons present (bonded warehouse, paid or exempt). These documents are required to ensure traceability of the recycling and treatment of your residue under the conditions described in our Autorisation d'Usine Exercée (UEVDH), or bonded warehouse authorization, and in the Arrêté Préfectoral (Order issued) by the Seine-Maritime Prefecture.
OUR ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Degassing / Cleaning of river units (barges, self-propelled, pushers)

ZOOM ON THE WASTE ACCEPTANCE LABORATORY
The acceptance laboratory, the centre of much attention, has the equipment necessary for qualifying and quantifying the pollutants in effluent.
The results obtained allow us, on the one hand, to ensure that the nature of the waste received is consistent with the previously supplied sample and, on the other hand, to direct the waste to the suitable treatment process.
The waste circuit is hence optimized and the rigorous procedures applied by the teams ensure full traceability.
